The Organizing Secretariat has arranged the accommodation at various hotels in Antalya. Most of the hotels are within 20 minutes by walking distance from the Convention Center.
Those wishing to reserve a room at one of the hotels booked by the Organizing Secretariat should submit the hotel accommodation form before March 01 st, 2009. Accommodation can only be guaranteed if you have stated a credit card number on your registration form. The hotel guarantee means that the room will be saved for you, even you arrive later announced. It also means that if you do not arrive the day you have stated, the hotel will charge you a no-show fee for one night. The card number will not be used neither by the Organizing Secretariat nor the hotel without your authorization, in any other case than in a no-show situation.

Methods of the Hotel Payments

Booking is on a first come, first served basis and will be valid upon receipt of the deposit (one night). The deposit sent will be deducted from the final bill to be paid directly by the participants to the Registration Desk of the Organizing Secretariat.

We remind you that, since the dates of the meeting coincide with the high season period in Antalya, the availability of rooms might be limited and can not be guaranteed after March 01 st, 2009 and therefore we advise you to book well in advance.
