Payment should be made on the organising secretariat account. Delegates will receive an invoice. When you have filled in the form, please send the payment form by fax or e-mail to the Organising Secretariat.

We would like to inform you that when you choose your hotel preferences, the total amount will display in the box automatically. As an Organising Secretariat we will charge one night deposite for accomodation. The rest of the payment will be made upon arrival.
